Interlove Dating Advisor Privacy Notice
This Notice explains how INTERLOVE INC processes personal information in the Interlove Dating Advisor application, an internal work application for authorized advisors.
Interlove Dating Advisor does not offer public account registration. Advisor accounts are created and managed by authorized administrators. Interlove members are covered by the separate Interlove Privacy Policy.
1. Scope and Responsible Entity
This Notice applies to the Interlove Dating Advisor iOS and Android applications and the advisor services reached through them. The application is an authorized work tool, not a consumer dating application.
The entity responsible for the processing described here is:
INTERLOVE INC17100 Pioneer Blvd, Suite 255
Artesia, CA 90701
United States
An advisor's employer, contracting organization, or team administrator may also provide workplace notices or instructions that apply to its own handling of personnel information.
2. Advisor Information
Depending on how the account is provisioned and which features the advisor uses, we process:
- Account and identity data: internal account ID, username, display name, telephone number or email address when configured, advisor role, assigned region or work scope, account status, and password hash. We do not store the readable account password.
- Authentication and security data: access and refresh tokens, token expiration, failed login attempts, temporary account lock status, IP address, request ID, request route, response status, time, and duration.
- Device and notification data: iOS or Android platform, operating-system version, app version, push token, last-active time, notification preferences, and notification read status. On Android, Firebase Cloud Messaging and its required Firebase Installations component also process a per-installation Firebase installation ID, app version, device model, brand and form factor, installing-app source, and Firebase SDK versions to provide and maintain push messaging. The installation ID does not by itself identify the advisor or physical device.
- Work activity: referral code and referral results, dashboard statistics, assigned service applications and customers, follow-up status and notes, match proposals and reasons, release reviews, and activity timestamps.
- Advisor communications: messages and images exchanged with currently assigned members, message timestamps, delivery or read state, and upload metadata such as content type and file size.
3. Member Information Available in the App
To let advisors serve their assigned members, the app may display member information already maintained by Interlove, including:
- member ID, nickname, legal name where included in a service application, telephone number, WeChat identifier, age, gender, manually entered location, profile fields, occupation, education, and photos;
- relationship goal, partner preferences, service budget, application description, application and follow-up status, and advisor notes;
- identity-verification status, VIP status and quota, match status, recent activity, mutual-like candidates, referral source, and active match proposals; and
- messages and images exchanged between that member and the assigned advisor.
The current service limits each advisor to members within an active assignment or binding. It does not provide advisors with conversations between members, another advisor's member list, identity-document images, or biometric source material.
Advisors must use member information only for authorized Interlove work and must not export, copy, or disclose it for personal purposes.
4. Device Permissions and Local Storage
4.1 Notifications
If the advisor enables notifications, the app registers a device push token and sends it to our server. Apple Push Notification service is used on iOS, and Firebase Cloud Messaging is used on Android. The advisor can disable notifications in system settings and can change available notification preferences in the app.
4.2 Photo Library
The app requests photo-library access only when the advisor chooses an existing image to send to an assigned member or chooses to save a referral poster. It does not continuously scan the photo library. Images selected for sending are uploaded to our service; posters are saved or shared only after the advisor chooses the relevant action.
4.3 Local Storage and Sharing
The app stores signed-in session data locally, including access and refresh tokens, expiration times, advisor ID, username, display name, and password-change status. Logging out removes this stored session. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes the app's local copy, subject to operating-system behavior.
When the advisor chooses a system share action, the referral link, text, or poster is sent to the destination selected in the device share sheet. The destination app processes that information under its own privacy terms.
4.4 Permissions Not Used
The current app does not request precise location, contacts, microphone, or camera permission and does not record calls, audio, or video.
5. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- authenticate advisors, maintain sessions, enforce account status and work scope, and investigate suspicious access;
- provide assigned-member management, service-application follow-up, referral, matching, release-review, messaging, and notification features;
- display work dashboards, assignment status, unread counts, deadlines, and other operational information;
- deliver push notifications requested by the advisor;
- provide technical support, diagnose errors, maintain service availability, and secure the platform;
- maintain appropriate operational and security records; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of members, advisors, and the service.
6. How We Disclose Information
We disclose information only as needed for the purposes described in this Notice:
- Members: an assigned member may see the advisor's display name and messages or images sent to that member.
- Authorized personnel: administrators, managers, support, safety, and technical personnel may access advisor records and work activity according to role and business need.
- Infrastructure providers: hosting, storage, network, security, and support providers process information for us under applicable restrictions.
- Push providers: Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging process device tokens and notification-delivery data needed to deliver notifications.
- Selected sharing destinations: a destination app receives content only when the advisor deliberately uses the system share sheet.
- Legal and safety recipients: we may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, service integrity, or investigate abuse.
If the organization operating an advisor team changes or delegates account administration, relevant account and work records may be made available to the successor or authorized administrator subject to applicable law and contractual restrictions.
7. Advertising, Sale, and Tracking
Interlove Dating Advisor does not contain an advertising SDK or an analytics SDK. We do not use advisor or member information from this app for targeted advertising, and we do not track advisors across other companies' apps or websites. We do not sell advisor personal information.
The Firebase components included in the Android app are limited to Cloud Messaging and its required Firebase Installations dependency for push messaging. We do not integrate Firebase Analytics or advertising measurement.
8. Retention
We retain advisor account information while the account is authorized and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for security, workplace administration, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Disabling an account prevents continued access but does not automatically delete work records that must remain associated with members, assignments, messages, decisions, or audits.
In-app advisor notification entries are configured to expire after 90 days. Device push tokens are retained until they are removed, replaced, invalidated, or no longer needed for notification delivery. Security logs, backups, messages, work notes, and operational records are retained according to their purpose, risk, normal backup cycles, and applicable requirements.
Member information follows the retention and deletion rules in the Interlove Privacy Policy. A member's privacy request does not authorize an advisor to delete platform records outside the approved process.
9. Security and Access Controls
We use role checks, active-account checks, assignment or binding checks, separate advisor tokens, access records, and other administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information and risks. Advisor access is limited to the work scope recognized by the server.
No device, network, or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Advisors must use a device screen lock, keep credentials and verification information confidential, log out of shared devices, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
10. Cross-Border Processing
INTERLOVE INC is a U.S. company. Depending on the advisor's location and the infrastructure or push provider used, information may be processed in the United States or other countries and regions where our providers operate. Data-protection laws in those locations may differ.
We apply contractual, access-control, security, or other safeguards required by applicable law. This Notice does not promise storage in a particular country or cloud region.
11. Requests and Account Management
Depending on applicable law, an advisor may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Some workplace, security, member-service, message, decision, and audit records may need to be retained.
Because accounts are administrator-provisioned and there is no public registration, the app does not provide self-service account creation or account deletion. An advisor who no longer needs access should ask the authorized administrator to disable the account and may contact us for a privacy request. Members should use the request channels described in the Interlove Privacy Policy.
12. Updates
We may update this Notice when the app, work process, service providers, or applicable requirements change. The version and effective date appear at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate workplace or in-app channel.
