Interlove Child Safety Standards

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Is Prohibited

Interlove and Interlove Dating Advisor explicitly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation in all forms. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation involving a child, sexual extortion of a child, child sex trafficking, and any content or conduct that promotes, facilitates, or threatens sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

You must not create, upload, request, possess for distribution, share, or link to CSAM through our services. This prohibition covers photos, videos, text, illustrations, and computer-generated or manipulated depictions involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.

Age Requirements

Interlove accounts and dating services are restricted to people aged 18 or older. Minors must not register, use another person's account, or be recruited through the service. Accounts identified as belonging to minors are restricted or removed.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Interlove members can submit a report without leaving the app:

1. Open the menu on the relevant member's profile or in your conversation with them, then select Report.
2. Select a reason and describe the child safety concern under Tell us more. Identify the relevant profile or message.
3. Select Submit report. The confirmation screen displays the case number.

The in-app support channel also accepts safety concerns. Do not download, forward, or attach CSAM to a report or email; describe where the content appears instead.

Anyone, including a person without an account, can contact the Interlove child safety team at interlove@interlove.net. Advisors using Interlove Dating Advisor must report suspected CSAE to this contact. Include the account, content location, and information needed to locate the concern.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

CSAM Removal and Account Enforcement

We review child safety reports and take action against content and accounts that violate these standards. When we become aware of CSAM on our services, we remove or disable access to it. Depending on the violation, we restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts.

We retain relevant information only as necessary for investigating the report, fulfilling legal preservation duties, and responding to lawful requests.

Compliance with Child Safety Laws

We comply with applicable child safety laws and cooperate with competent authorities. We report identified CSAM and related incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), or the relevant regional or national authority, as required by applicable law.
